It's still mostly conjecture but Hail-san had a theory that the mouse teams would be the second votes on Emerald and Turquoise. Emerald was the second to vote on Turquoise, and Tiger's Eye was the second to vote on Emerald. So that means either Tiger's Eye or Emerald are likely by that reasoning, though not both. But with Tiger's Eye in the clue...

Combined with that, Tiger's Eye's vote came later in the voting, which fit with Hail's suggestion of strategically stacking the votes. Since no one had anything to go on that round, it doesn't make much sense to stack on another team without a reason.
