Significant Neutral: Facing down with Clint Barton. (A informed/headcanon)
Short Description: Very, very short description—Natasha made a name for herself as an assassin. SHIELD sent Barton to kill her. He made another call. There you go. That's all that's in the movie canon about what happened, and really it's all we need to know for this to make sense.
Generally with headcanon memories, I prefer not to flesh them out too much to avoid Jossing. But I'm sure it was very spy vs spy and badass. I mean. Hawkeye after Black Widow! How could that not have been a tense thriller?
What She Gains: (And what whoever shares it with her will gain:)
+Confirmation that she was an assassin, and both damn good and incredibly mercenary.
+Owning the Black Widow name.
+Learning who Barton is!
+Learning what SHILED is!
+Beginnings of respect/friendship with Clint—just the beginning.
+Beginnings of a redemption arc. Again, this is mostly the beginning, but it's also a pivotal shift that takes her from not caring who here employers or targets were to having a social conscience.
+Also this kicks off the expectation of future murder memories.
