Question Meme
Natasha passed 3,000 comments, and Naha is like... nearly to 35,000 comments,
My Personae (Kitsune, 3 of 3 and Dorian) are also fair! And if anyone wants to ask questions about Court characters...? Khamael and Kaname.
Whatever, whatever, it's time for questions.

Khamael doesn't trust Furtur much. At all. She's got some pretty deep seated feelings of demons = terrible, kill it. However, the nature of her story is such that she finds herself questioning that. Particularly as she realizes that Furtur isn't the same kind of demon she's used to.
In Khamael's world, the angels who were defeated in Lucifer rebelled were cast down to earth, to reincarnate through the millennia, working off the sin of their rebellion. In a very real way, earth is essentially a prison where angels atone for their crimes. In theory, they can earn their way back into heaven, but the conditions are nearly impossible.
These people (angels reincarnated as people) become demons if they remember their original life and/or tap into their power. Expressing that power corrupts them physically and metaphysically, and they become soooort of like vampires who have to feed on humans to maintain themselves. Many of them can also spread their corruption to other humans, which means angels generally view them as in need of extermination for everyone's spiritual wellbeing, including their own since they need to get back into the reincarnation cycle.
Hells are essentially pocket dimensions that very powerful demons (Belial, Samael)are able to create, which angels can't penetrate.
But complicating this, is the fact that it turns out Azrael (along with Uriel, one of two angels in charge of death and judgment)has become corrupt and is essentially not allowing angels who should have earned their reentry into heaven back in, which is one of several sort of huge betrayals.
Soooo... Khamael has reasons to suspect her own opinions of demons. And Furtur has demonstrated pretty clearly that hir world operates on different principles. As a result, Khamael is very much in the midst of negotiating with herself about how she should feel about Furtur.
So I guess. The short answer is, Khamael doesn't trust hir, but she's curious and slowly letting her guard down enough to... pay attention?
Reverse? (Also, sorry about the giant babble about OC backstory.)

Part of Furtur's attitude is informed by the fact that, in hir world, angels and demons haven't had a lot of direct contact or been in a state of open warfare for a long time. Hir world is pretty typical: Lucifer rebels, Lucifer and those who stood by him fall. In Furtur's world there was then a long period of demons regrouping and basically forging their society from scratch, then a few open clashes that resulted in heavy casualties and much worldly destruction. And then both sides lapsed into a tense stalemate with the Earth as the dividing territory between them, vieing against each other through and for mortal souls.
So, despite hir angelic origins (Furtur was one of those original demons who fell, as opposed to being created or falling later), Furtur is actually pretty curious about the state of the angels in hir present, partially informed by the fact that one of Furtur's domains is knowledge and the fact that hir knowledge of the angels is severely lacking is something that really annoys hir. Knowledge of angels from another world will have to suffice.
So my short answer is, lots of wariness, but also an intense curiosity and enjoyment of the simple pleasures of yanking Khamael's chain every now and then.
Natasha on Ace?

Natasha is okay on Ace. She's picked up on the fact that he's not really... ideal driven, like some knights, but she doesn't hold that against him. He hasn't been unpleasant.
She's vaguely reassured that he uses a gun, since the lack of them is kind of odd.
But she owes him a revision on the archery thing--turns out some people do use them. Thanks a lot Hawkeye for making her a liar!

How is Naha doing right now?
